If you're looking for Poor Customer Service a company that delivers on its promises, look elsewhere. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with them/this business/this company, and let me tell you, it was an absolute disaster/nightmare/horrible experience. From the start, their customer service was awful/terrible/unresponsive. I was constantly put on pause for ages/eternity/an unreasonable amount of time. When I finally spoke to someone/got through/reached a representative, they were rude/unhelpful/completely useless.
To make matters worse/add insult to injury/complicate things further, the product I ordered was defective/damaged/incorrect. They tried to blame me/shift the responsibility/pass the buck for the problem, but it was clearly their fault. After weeks/months/an incredibly long time of back and forth, I finally received a refund/got my money back/was able to get compensated.
My advice? Avoid this company like the plague/steer clear at all costs/run in the opposite direction. There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you with respect and deliver on their promises. Don't waste your time and money with this one/them/these guys.

The person/rep/agent on the other end was rude/disrespectful/unhelpful, and they clearly/obviously/definitely didn't want to help/assist/solve my complaint/issue/problem. They just/simply/merely told/said/informed me to/that/about something/anything/nothing that made/sounded/seemed totally useless/irrelevant/incompetent.
